Medical Claims
If you have been unfortunate enough to suffer from a medical complaint or injury which you feel was not treated properly, was not diagnosed in a timely manner, or was perhaps exacerbated by incorrect medical advice, you may be eligible to make a claim. The most common sort of medical claim is that of medical negligence, which is when a medical specialist who has been responsible for your care has acted in a negligent manner that has then caused you harm. Clearly this is a very serious matter and can often be quite complicated (legally and medically), and should therefore not be entered into on a whim.
